Food Trucks for the win.

Nom Nom Nommm. Food trucks.

Whats not to love about the food truck craze? Amazing food in wonderfully designed automobiles, it can't get much better than that! Most use locally sourced ingredients and the people who make your food truly love what they do. As we travel we usually find some killer food truck spots and I'm here to share a few of my favorites.

#1 on my list is Four Brothers in Austin, Texas. They are a Venezuelan food truck that started in February 2015. Since then they've grown a significant amount adding two more trucks, one being on the ever so famous Rainey Street. Here you can get delicious stuffed arepas (cornmeal flatbreads stuffed with meat and cheese and AVOCADO), tequeños which are the best cheese sticks you've ever had and my all time favorite: tres leches cake. Did I mention they are my cousins? No? Oh well I may be only slightly biased. Still the best Venezuelan food truck in Austin.

#2 on my list is Magnolia's Street Food in Boulder, Utah. Serving up

flavorful tacos and burritos that will fill up any traveler's belly with happiness. Not only is the food amazing here but the look and location is really what sold it for me. Nestled under some beautiful cottonwood trees right outside of Anasazi State Park, this was a wonderful lunch stop to stumble upon. I highly recommend the two taco option for $9. I got The Carlos, which has crispy pork and pickled onions and the Sweet Magnolia, which has griddled sweet potato, portabello mushrooms and goat cheese. Each taco is garnished with fresh cabbage and cilantro and will definitely leave you with a smile on your face.

#3 on my list is The Nosh Truck in Fort Myers, Florida. Every time I come here I always order the same thing (boring I know) but its so hard not to because its just so good. The Korean BBQ tacos are my go to here at The Nosh Truck and they never disappoint. Wonderful Korean flavors come alive with every bite and the asian slaw on top makes it a perfect dish. This asian inspired street food truck is definitely a place to check out if you're ever in town. You can find them every Thursday at the Fort Myers Brewing Company. Grab a famous Gateway Gold brew, some friends and eat some Nosh!
